UNICEF Procurement Services is a strategic programmatic and development platform that enables governments and other partners to leverage UNICEF’s procurement scale and expertise in order to meet essential supply needs, until national public or private supply systems can fully perform this role. Our vision is a world in which every child has sustainable access to supplies and services that help them thrive. This also means that in order to achieve that vision, we work with countries to support an increased reliance on their own domestic resources and strengthened national systems to deliver a better future for children.
Who can procure supplies and related services through UNICEF
In addition to supplying regular UNICEF programmes, we undertake procurement on behalf of governments, other UN agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), philanthropic organizations and universities. Individuals and profit-making entities are not eligible for accessing UNICEF Procurement Services.
